Classic Beef & Bacon Burger

  • 1 lb Fleishers ground beef & bacon blend (or other pasture-raised beef)
  • Brown Dog Fancy Original Ketchup (made with honey!)
  • 4 brioche buns
  • lettuce, tomato, cheese and any other toppings you'd like


Bring your ground beef to room temperature, by letting it sit on the counter for 20 minutes. Split the ground beef into 4 equal-sized patties. Season generously with salt and pepper.


Prepare your grill for cooking, and place the burger patties on the grill. Flip after the burger has been seared on the first side (3-5 minutes). Repeat for the other side. Cook until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 145 F.


Remove burgers from heat and place on buns. Top with Brown Dog Fancy Ketchup and other toppings as desired.
