Fleishers Red Hook is the facility that has made our recent growth possible. We bring in whole animals direct from the slaughterhouse, butcher them into smaller parts, and create spectacular “heat and serve” packaged meals for our shops. It is the primary home of our Butcher Training Program, as well as the site of many Butchery 101 classes that we offer throughout the year. Visits to Fleishers Red Hook are by appointment only.
