Ste-Wan Farm is run by the husband and wife team Steve and Wanda Hook in Middleburg, located in the rolling hills of PA. The Hooks are known for raising pure-bred Simmental cattle, a breed known for their large, meaty frames. This means you’ll get a generously portioned steak with beautiful marbling. Best of all, the animals are raised on pasture, then finished with grains that Steve and Wanda grow on their farm, for the perfect balance of tenderness and flavor complexity.
