We’re proud to work with Pine Hill Farms to carry their native Northeast lamb, raised in the verdant Genesee Valley of New York. These lambs are fed a natural, 100% vegetarian diet, with no antibiotics or hormones. They graze on 1,200 acres of lush pasture for the bulk of their diet, and also receive supplements of locally produced grains. The lambs are a mix of Dorset, Finn, and Ile de France breeds, all known for excellent meat quality. With ample open space, nutrient-dense grasses, clean water and fresh air, it’s little wonder that the meat is well-marbled without being overly fatty, extremely tender, and has a phenomenally rich flavor.
