Our Pastured Meats

Fleisher’s Meats carries premium products from local farmers who have raised their animals on a primarily grass-based diet or organically-raised. These animals live natural stress-free lives and are not treated with antibiotics, hormones or fed animal-by-products and therefore produce healthy, great-tasting meat, milk and eggs. We consider themselves partners with farmers who share their standards and practices.

Please note that we do not carry all cuts of meats all the time so it is best to place an order in advance, call or contact us to be sure we have the meat you want. Prices are subject to change so please call the store if you have any pricing questions.


Pastured Beef

Our beef comes from steer raised on the open pastures of small-family owned farms in New York and have never been given antibiotics or growth hormones. We carry both grass-fed/grain-finished and in season 100% grass-fed beef.
