Fleisher’s Grass-fed and Organic Meats is also a restaurant wholesale operation specializing solely in locally-sourced and pasture-raised meat. We carry premium beef, pork, lamb, poultry and veal from farmers who have raised their animals primarily on a grass-based diet. We only sell our beef, lamb and pork whole or in sides, halves or quarters. We do not break our carcasses into primals. We will be glad to work with you to make this a realistic option and we are happy to offer a limited number of training sessions for you and your staff in the art of whole animal butchery.
