Fleisher’s Meats carries a variety of pork but specializes in heritage cross breeds raised on small family run Sullivan and Dutchess county Mennonite farms.
Unlike commercial pork which is white and extremely lean and often flavorless, our pork is dark, meaty and richly marbled with a distinctive lush, juicy taste. Our incredible homemade bacon and hams are created with our pork and little else (no nitrates or nitrites!) so that pure pork flavor really shines through.
We also create many types of pork sausages. All of our sausages are made by hand using 100% organic spices and no preservatives, fillers, nitrates or nitrites. We generally carry Maple Breakfast, Sweet and Hot Italian, Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Chorizo and Andouille.
