Lamb
To insure that we have lamb available throughout the year we carry pasture-raised, grain-finished lamb. Our lamb is locally-raised and never receives any antibiotics or hormones. We also make many lamb sausages including merguez, a traditional Middle Eastern highly-spiced lamb sausage and a delicious lamb-version of a classic sweet Italian sausage.

Please note that we do not carry all cuts of lamb all the time so it is best to place an order in advance, call or contact us to be sure we have the lamb you want.
