Our butcher demonstrations are designed to give you and your audience an up close look at the techniques that are use to break down pork, lamb or beef into the individual cuts you are familiar with. Since this is live the MooRu, Joshua Applestone, can create a more consumer or professional chef focused demonstration for a large or small audience and answer any and all questions. Best of all when the demonstration is over the audience gets to take home some of our famous meat!
Half Pig or Lamb This demonstration is done on either a half pig or lamb showing how to break it down to primals and then into individual cuts.
