Fleisher’s free-range, organic poultry comes to us from Pristine Cuisine. We create hand-made chicken sausages which range in flavor from our Rockin Moroccan, a Middle Eastern type to our spicy chicken Andouille sausage. We also carry local, pastured eggs from a number of farms throughout the Hudson Valley.
Please note that we do not carry all cuts of poultry all the time so it is best to place an order in advance, call or contact us to be sure we have the poultry you want. Prices are subject to change so please call the store if you have any pricing questions.
